Sales Director / Manager (HK Office)

Responsibilities: 
·  In-charge overall operations of sales department and run as an independent profit centre in HK. 
·  Provide quality service to achieve generally acknowledged high credibility and reputation within industry. 
·  Maintain and improve customer satisfaction rate, conduct customer satisfaction survey and analysis. 
·  Support the development of OEM / ODM business, to achieve sales and profit targets. 
·  Develop and improve sales operation procedures, guidelines, good practices, FAQ to facilitate communication with clients. 
·  Organize job allocation and transition of tasks and job duties to PRC staffs 
·  Formulate strategic sales plan, assess sales performance, manage and monitor the progression of sales projects. 
·  Maintain high proportion of sales orders and reorders with current customer and explore new customer.
Requirements: 
·  Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines. 
·  Experience in gift & premium field is a Must. 
·  5 years or above working experience in sales management field in sizeable or listed company. 
·  Solid experienced in formulating, managing and monitoring of sales projects. 
·  Knowledge on conduct customer satisfaction survey and analysis. 
·  Strong leadership, excellent marketing sense, analytical mind, self-motivated, and a good team player. 
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
·  Knowledge on ISO9001, ISO1003 is preferable. 
·  Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 
·  Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin. 
·  Less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
We Offer: 
·  5-days work; bank holidays, medical and pension scheme 
·  Approx HK$35K+ monthly plus commission

Sales Consultant (HK Office)

Responsibilities: 
·  Promote Company products and services (Gifts and premium) 
·  Achieve business targets & maintain high customer satisfaction 
·  Build and develop long term relationship with our valued customers 
·  Provide added-value solution to customers through telephone consultation
Requirements: 
·  Form 7 or above 
·  Fair to good command of spoken and written English 
·  Good command of spoken and written Chinese 
·  Very good communication and presentation skill 
·  2 to 3 years experience in sales 
·  Have a sales driven personality, energetic, and motivated 
·  Previous experience in promotional business is a plus 
·  Willing to work hard to achieve sales target 
·  Familiar with internet technology
We Offer: 
·  5-days work; bank holidays, medical and pension scheme 
·  Approx HK$13K+ monthly or 8% commission (total personal sales turnover)

Sales Assistant / Merchandising Assistant (HK Office)

Responsibilities: 
·  Responsible for sourcing suppliers, product development and delivery control 
·  Negotiating price and liaising with suppliers and customers, issuing quotations, following orders till completion of delivery. 
·  Consolidate product specifications, pricing & production lead-time, etc. 
·  Conduct regular market analysis 
·  Managing relationships with key suppliers and customers within each category.
Requirements: 
·  Preferably 2 years merchandising experience in trading (Corporate Gift & Premium preferable) 
·  Mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure. 
·  Organizational skills and detail oriented 
·  Good command Mandarin and Cantonese 
·  Strong marketing sense and connection to explore and develop new product markets
We Offer: 
·  5-days work; bank holidays, medical and pension scheme 
·  Approx HK$12K+ monthly or 2% commission (total turnover of team)
